Built by Chris Warrell in June 2009 for the Spanners and Screwdrivers Secretary’s Challenge
This model uses two old-style “bent wire” screwdrivers as end supports on a 5½” x 2½” flanged plate base. Spring clips are used to retain the screwdriver supports on the base, and to secure the roof brackets to the handle part of the screwdrivers. This is because it is impossible to slide a collar along the screwdriver without mutilating the parts.
