Transport Lorry

This lorry is built from an acquired a collection of unused Temsi parts. Temsi is the Dutch clone of Meccano with metric bosses and metric fixings. The model is taken from the set 4 Meccano manual of 1962, and makes a good sturdy model.
The cab is less finished than the Meccano counterpart due to there being no triangular plates in the Temsi system. A motor has been installed as well and is the Marklin 1074 five geared motor not often used in models.
Temsi is now marketed by Metallus who bought the Temsi press tools, and are now selling the remaining few parts now available. The lorry parts are thought to be a mix of Dutch and German manufacture.
I have the literature for Temsi, and its similarity to Meccano is obvious.
