The black bolts representing the numbers are Allen bolts. Internally there are 12 threaded bosses with the main thread bolted directly to the plate and the countersunk hole bolted to an adjacent plate with a washer as a spacer.
This was put up for the 2017 Geoff Carter Cup but did not do very well.
