I had been thinking of making this model for some time since acquiring a copy of New Wood Puzzle Designs by James W. Follette.
Can the spaceship negotiate the complex gravity field of the star and escape to make further explorations?
I have to say I haven’t managed to achieve this yet — even following the solution published in the book, though I am sure it is possible.
