This model from the October 1980 issue of Meccano Magazine has two motors; one for hoisting and one for the jib. Following the instructions for raising and lowering the use jib means using a 19-tooth pinion and 57-tooth gear. This combination made the jib move too fast, so was replaced by an 11-tooth pinion and a 66-tooth gear, giving the right speed.
