Built by Brian Elvidge in September 2017 for the Robots Secretary’s Challenge
This is one of the Meccano France (now Spin Master) models of robots in metal tins. These have been reviewed by myself, previously, and I am bringing one of these models, of which there are three in all. There are also three smaller models as well that I do not have.
In terms of constructing this model, mostly it is simple, though there are some tricky parts. One issue is the arm fixings — these are far to loose for my liking, and need some thought on modification. The rest goes together reasonably satisfactorily.
