Undersea Exploration Vehicle
Built by Brian Elvidge in January 2018 for the Beneath the Waves Secretary’s Challenge
A freelance interpretation of the Secretary’s Challenge brief, using a mix of modern parts and traditional parts, with a set of motorised propellors driven via gearing by the 2017 4.5V motor which seems very good.
A set of movable rudders is also fitted, steerable from the operators cab.
At the rear is multi-purpose lifting arm that can used as a crane or to handle cameras and other pieces of equipment as needed.
