Bexleyheath Clock Tower
Built by Steven Jarvis in June 2005 for the Landmarks Secretary’s Challenge
The Clock Tower was opened in 1912 to commemorate the Coronation of King George V the previous year.
There are four alcoves, but only two are used — one is of King George V, the other is William Morris, the designer. (I think the Jarvis’s plastic bust is actually Beethoven!)
