Built by Brian Elvidge in October 2014 for the Le Tour De France Secretary’s Challenge
An entry for the Unpowered Bicycle Race at the SELMEC Meccano Show 2014.
It had to be withdrawn due to a technical malfunction with the wheels bearings. I had used Elektrikit recessed low friction bolts, and pointed axles. It was thought the shock of leaving the ramp, caused the wheels to leave the bearings.
