BBC TV Camera
Built by Chris Warrell in September 2022 for the BBC Centenary Secretary’s Challenge
This was built for the BBC Centenary challenge. I intended to build the TV camera from the 1962 set 8 manual, but decided to build something much smaller. It has the four lenses represented which revolve. It would have been in use in the 1950s and 1960s, perhaps for an outside broadcast with its tripod rather than a pedestal.
