Fan or Windmill

This a modified model using the contents of the 2016 set 19601 from Spin Master, and online instructions. The model is shown in parts that the builder has in his collection, not those in the set.
The model is driven by hand in the first photos via a handle and a 1:9 step up gear to drive the rotor.
The second photos show a motorised version using the M0 motor with a 6V battery box and a 19:1 gearbox.
Both versions work well, though the rotor is flat and very much simplified.
The construction is quick and simple, but the plastic flat girders have to be fitted the correct way round.
