Cat, Lighthouse and Traffic Light

Three models built to demonstrate some of the circuits that visitors can build in the Electronics Club Circuits Workshop at the 2023 SELMEC Meccano Show:
- The cat has blinking green LED eyes, and uses a simple 555 astable timer circuit.
- The lighthouse has a bright white LED which flashes in a distinctive sequence. A similar 555 circuit is used to clock a 4017 decade counter to create the sequence.
- The traffic light has red, yellow and green LEDs. A similar 555 and 4017 circuit is used to create the sequence.
