Cable Car
Built by Chris Warrell in April 2014
This was built for the North East London Meccano Club’s Secretary’s Challenge. It is a complete cable car within the 4½” cube limit, and it fits on a 3½” x 2½” flanged plate. A 3½” narrow girder is the mast at one end; the lower end is simply a ½” x 1” double bracket. A ¾" flanged wheel represents the gondola.
It is operated by a built-up crank handle.
