Car Chassis

This is my interpretation of a Meccano Car Chassis.

I have used the 1934 frame, petrol tank, and radiator taken from the Super Model Bentley. It has a three-speed and reverse gate change gearbox.

It incorporates a simulated petrol engine of my own design built around a 16V DC motor made in Germany by Marklin.

Other features include Ackermann steering, friction clutch, expanding brakes, and brake lights. Modelled in 1994.
