Conveyor

This is a conveyor I built using Erector plates and girders with a Meccano motor and gearing. It is used with an American O gauge (1¼") three-rail model train arrangement.
The lower conveyor receives material off-loaded from a model railroad car and moves the material to the vertical conveyor that takes it up and over to a supply bin (not pictured).
The belting is made from a self-adhesive athletic bandage that I bought at my local pharmacy. Underneath each belt is a sheet of plastic that prevents the belts from sagging under load.
