Actually, this was built by William Sounes (8 years old) (hindered by hid Granddad, Keith Patey!).
William’s approach is to select various parts at random, let his imagination run wild, and see what transpires. The result is a rugged, fixed-wheel vehicle whose functions remain obscure! Could be an early version of a pick-up truck?!
