Sherard Hall is at the rear to the left of Eltham United Reformed Church. The hall has wheelchair access via a ramp and toilet facilities for the disabled.
There is plenty of table space for models on tables or various sizes, and electricity can be supplied to all tables if required.
Parking
A limited number of free parking spaces are available in the church car park, and the Eltham Sainsbury’s car park is located just behind, accessible via a footpath.

Many buses serve Eltham High Street, which is two minutes walk away from Eltham United Reformed Church.
Directions
From Mottingham Railway Station
Mottingham Station is on the Sidcup Line (Dartford and Medway Towns, via Sidcup, to London Charing Cross and London Cannon Street) and is a 5–10 minute walk from Eltham United Reformed Church. The station has step-free access to the platforms.
Exit via either station approach and turn left onto Court Road. Continue along Court Road, over the mini-roundabout, and Eltham United Reformed Church is on the right, before you reach the junction with Eltham High Street.
If you prefer to catch a bus, exit via either station approach and turn right where you will find a bus stop located outside a parade of shops. Bus route 161 is the most direct — alight just before you reach the junction with Eltham High Street and you will see Eltham United Reformed Church on the right. Routes 126 and 124 also serve Eltham, but stop in the High Street.
From Eltham Railway Station
Eltham Station is on the Bexleyheath Line (Dartford and Medway Towns, via Bexleyheath, to London Charing Cross and London Victoria) and is a 5–10 minute walk from Eltham United Reformed Church. The station has step-free access to the platforms.
From the station building, cross the bus stands and turn left onto Well Hall Road. Continue along Well Hall Road to the junction with Eltham High Street. Cross over to Court Yard and continue past the Post Office on the left. You will shortly see Eltham United Reformed Church on the left.
If you prefer to catch a bus, cross the bus stands to the bus stop near the road behind the wall. Bus route 161 is the most direct — alight in Court Yard at the stop just after crossing the junction with Eltham High Street. All other routes also serve Etham, but stop in the High Street. Continue past the Post Office on the left. You will shortly see Eltham United Reformed Church on the left.
