Pump — ‘Going Large’

If you have ever gone into a certain fast-food eatery, you’ll know that at a certain point in the ordering process you’ll be asked if you want to ‘go large’ — an invitation to have a bigger helping for a modest surcharge. This is my version of that process in Meccano.
The small model in the foreground, shown more closely in the supplementary photo, came in a bundle of Meccano bought on eBay. I’m not sure what it’s supposed to be; some kind of wind-powered pump perhaps. I couldn’t resist super-sizing it, improving the design as is always the temptation when building from instructions.
There are a lot of these mini-models. OK, which one shall I tackle next?
