Built by Richard Marsden in January 2026 for the 50 Parts Only Secretary’s Challenge
Is this the first eponymous Challenge model? Despite appearances, it is not an attempt at font design. If it were, it’s more awful than Arial, more boring than Bodoni, more hellish than Helvetica, and definitely not as funny as Comic Sans. There is though, I am told, a font modifier called Ecofont that looks like Meccano, by adding holes to the font you are using to save ink. However it destroys the look of the original font and its effectiveness is disputed.
